| Orders for reel systems with slatted
covers will only be accepted if the relevant order details have been completed
on the two page order form available from our sales office.
deposit
All orders for slatted covers will require a 50% deposit + VAT with order.
For safety covers 100% is required with order.
Take care to measure the pool carefully, and check details
such as access to the pool area. If access with an articulated lorry is
not possible then additional transport charges may be incurred.
warranty
The Warranty covers all defects due to sub standard
materials or deficiencies in workmanship. If any items are
defective they should be returned for inspection. The
Warranty is limited to the replacement of defective parts
and will not include any disassembly or reassembly work.
EXCLUDED IN THE WARRANTY
Damage caused by: transportation, defective installation
which is not in accordance with our fitting instructions,
modification without our advice, defective electrical
installation, or improper usage.
4 YEAR WARRANTY FOR SLATS
The Warranty covers buoyancy of the slats, proper fixing of
the end caps, and unnatural degradation of the slats. The
Warranty does not cover natural discolouration of the slats, or
damage due to storms, in particular hail stone damage. To
protect yourself from storm damage, additional insurance should be taken out.
1 YEAR WARRANTY FOR MECHANICAL PARTS
All non electrical, mechanical parts are covered for one year.
The exception to this is corrosion caused by neglectful use of chemical
systems, in particular electrolysis installations. Check with your supplier
that any systems you use will be compatible with these reels. |
1 YEAR WARRANTY ELECTRICAL ITEMS
The Warranty covers all electrical items such as motors, with the exception
of damage caused by poor installation
or lightning strikes.
delivery
Please ensure that there is enough available labour to unload the goods
at the delivery address.
CARRIER DAMAGED GOODS
PLEASE NOTE: No claims can be entertained for damaged
or missing goods that have been signed for as “received in good
condition”.
Goods must be checked before signing, and
any damage noted. Signing as “unchecked” is not acceptable.
If any damage has occurred, please note on the carriers' ticket the nature
of the damage and refuse the delivery.
Please ensure that all staff who may be asked to
sign for deliveries are made aware of this.
Carriage charges will vary according to the size of the cover. Please
ask for a quotation when ordering.
